Courchevel 1550 is a family ski resort, quiet and friendly resort. Since 2013 it is known as Courchevel Village. It is situated between Courchevel Moriond and Courchevel Le Praz (The Three Valleys).
In this resort we found only a few hotels, chalets and apartments to rent. Not a place tourist operations as other resorts of Courchevel. It is a small alpine village with classic Savoyard style, and a very familiar atmosphere.
Here we can choose to stay in a budget hotel, rent one of their cozy apartments or enjoy the qualities of a modern luxury chalets.
In 2005 it became a full installation of lifts around the resort, being well connected to the main ski slopes.
In Courchevel Village is a Ecole Du Ski Français (ESF), a tourist office, city hall, sports shops, ski rental, real estate, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
Definitely a place to enjoy a wonderful winter holiday with the whole family.
