Orchestrated by the talented Chef Marco Garfagnini, La Table des Airelles offers a pure moment of greed in a warm setting. Refined French cuisine, enhanced by organic and local products.

At breakfast, pastries made by the house lathe, breads, pastries, fresh fruit and a savoury buffet.

Each product is carefully selected for a delicious wake-up call.

Every day, La Table des Airelles is transformed into a feast worthy of the name.

Shellfish and crustaceans, meats cooked in the rotisserie, Italian buffet, and to finish, a string of desserts. A singular moment where the taste buds are awakened.

A cuisine to be admired as much as savoured.

The Chef reveals his art to his guests at the Rotisserie.

Each evening, a new theme is invited to Les Airelles, and Le Festin is transformed into a festive atmosphere.

On sunny days, Le Festin takes place on the terrace of Les Airelles, with a view of the Alpine Garden to enjoy the blue Courchevel sky.
