Restaurant Le Chabichou possess a solid reputation, as well as its owner-Michel Rochedy. Having settled in this mountain resort few decades ago, he was able to create his own style. A combination of traditional and exotic tastes. His 2 stars Michelin restaurant is always overcrowded.

In collaboration with Stefan Büron, winner of the Award in 2002, Taittinger, the best in the profession, 2004, Michel Rochedo offers a clean cuisine, which emphasizes the product itself. In its menu, a great place allotted to fish and crustaceans, but also local products are not forgotten: his native Ardèche chestnuts, cheese Tomme, Savoie became the second homeland.

Recipes compete in ingenuity, all combinations are doomed to success: a steak tartare with caviar, a sea bass in a halo of ginger and green tea, a lobster with coriander. A beef fillet shaded by the aroma of red berries, clove and licorice. The dessert is also of a distinct originality: a peach baked in honey and a peanut ice-cream.
